Settler's Square Phase 2 & 3

Tips on Relocating to Settler’s Square

You’ve purchased a home at Settler’s Square, and now it’s time to really get settled in. Whether you moved from just down the street, or relocated from out of state, here are a few tips to help you adjust to living in a new neighborhood.

Scope Out the Area

There is no better time to scope out the area and locate your resources. At Settler’s Square, you’re within 15 minutes of anything and everything you might need while unpacking. You are 12 minutes to Hurst Ace Hardware, 15 minutes to Walmart, and only 4 minutes to local conveniences like Foster’s Market and Family Dollar. There is no doubt that you’ll become well acquainted with the area while settling into your new home and neighborhood.

Meet the Neighbors

The sooner you become familiar with those around you, the sooner your new neighborhood will truly start to feel like home! One of the best things about Settler’s Square is the people who live there. It’s a diverse community with folks from all different stages of life, from retirees and empty nesters, to families with young children and newly weds. Step outside and introduce yourself! You’re sure to find that the neighbors really are just as great as we say they are!

Dine Like A Local

It’s time to find your favorite spots around town. In Enoch you have options like the deli at Foster’s Market and The Big Sipper Soda Shop. However, there are a much greater variety of delicious options just a few miles away in Cedar City. No matter what you’re in the mood for, you’re likely to find it just minutes away from your new home in Settler’s Square.

Take Advantage of the Area

People travel from all over the world to see what can be found right in your backyard! Settle into the area by exploring Zions National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Arches National Park, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, and so much more! There is also so much to see and do right here in Iron County. While getting to know your new neighborhood, be sure to check out Three Peaks Recreation Area, the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Downtown Cedar City, and maybe even walk the beautiful Southern Utah University campus.

Connect with the Community Online

A great way to truly feel a part of the neighborhood is to connect with the community online. Settler’s Square has an active presence on Facebook and Instagram. You can “follow” the community and always be in the loop by using the links below:
