Living in Enoch
Enoch has a rich history filled with stories about the Old Spanish Trail, Johnson’s Fort, and more. There are also many nearby parks and a selection of popular town events including the July 4th 5K Fun Run, the Barbeque at Old Enoch Park, Enoch Soccer and T-Ball, and the Enoch Pioneer Day Celebration. Even though Enoch is primarily a residential town, there are local amenities like the Enoch Dollar Store, High Desert Auto Sales, the Hub Pizza, Ladybug Nursery, and the Hitch’n Post. Enoch is currently in a stage of unprecedented growth and the development of Settlers Square is right in the middle of this upward growth trend.
Cedar City, Utah is only minutes away and provides city conveniences and a multitude of activities. Cedar City is known as Festival City USA, as it is home to the Tony Award Winning Shakespeare Festival, the July Jamboree Car Show, the Heritage Festival, and the Renaissance Festival. Cedar City is home to Southern Utah University which offers more than 140 undergraduate degrees, 21 graduate and certificate programs, community classes, and a groundbreaking dual enrollment program with Southwest Technical College. Southern Utah University is appropriately called University of the Parks due to its close proximity to National Monuments and Parks like Cedar Breaks National Monument, Zion National Park, and Bryce National Park.
Enoch and Cedar City residents have the opportunity to experience a true four seasoned climate with moderate heat during the summer and the greatest snow on earth in the winter!
